These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your subscription to and use of intelligence publications produced by Cascade Asia Intelligence ("Cascade Asia," "we," "us"). By subscribing or accessing any Cascade Asia publication, you agree to these Terms in full.
Subscriptions are sold on a per-seat basis. Each subscription entitles one named individual to access the relevant publication. Subscriptions may not be shared, transferred, or used by more than one individual without Cascade Asia's prior written consent. Annual subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
All publications produced by Cascade Asia are confidential and prepared for the named recipient only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, forward, publish, quote from, or disclose the contents of any Cascade Asia publication, in whole or in part, to any third party without Cascade Asia's prior written consent. You may use the contents of a publication solely for your own internal research, analysis, and decision-making purposes.
Cascade Asia publications constitute intelligence analysis only. They do not constitute legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, compliance advice, regulatory guidance, or any other form of professional advice. Cascade Asia is not a law firm, regulated financial adviser, broker-dealer, investment manager, or any other regulated entity. Nothing in any Cascade Asia publication creates a duty of care, a fiduciary relationship, or an advisory relationship between Cascade Asia and you or any third party. You must obtain independent professional advice before relying on any information in a Cascade Asia publication for any decision.

Cascade Asia's source contacts provide information in confidence. You must not attempt to identify, contact, or expose any Cascade Asia source contact, whether named or described in any publication. Any attempt to identify Cascade Asia's sources constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may cause serious harm to individuals.
Cascade Asia accepts no liability for any loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from your reliance on any publication, including loss of profit, indirect, consequential, or special loss. Cascade Asia's total liability to you for any claim arising from any publication, howsoever caused, shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the relevant subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or wilful misconduct by Cascade Asia.
All publications, methodologies, frameworks, and analytical content produced by Cascade Asia are the intellectual property of Cascade Asia Intelligence. No licence is granted to reproduce, adapt, or commercialise any Cascade Asia content except as expressly permitted under these Terms.
Cascade Asia may suspend or terminate your subscription immediately if you breach these Terms. No refund will be provided on termination for breach. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no partial refunds are issued.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or any Cascade Asia publication shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of King County, Washington.
Cascade Asia may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email. Continued use of any Cascade Asia publication after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
